Returns and refunds

You can return your product within 60 days of receiving it. Please contact our customer service team before returning it so we can provide the information you need.

Please return the complete product with its accessories and, where possible, its original packaging. Normal inspection is permitted; excessive wear, damage or missing accessories may reduce your refund.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
